    The ideal candidate will be an assertive, highly motivated individual with strong business acumen, who is comfortable with shifting priorities, and the demands of managing the nuances of a global eCommerce footprint.

    Responsibilities:

    Responsibilities

    • Own the digital development cycle for waters.com China ecommerce market by understanding business needs, translating into requirements for the development team and working with dev team to test and deliver best in class ecom site functionality. Manage, execute and communicate the China eCommerce product roadmap, from feature requirements to delivery, growth and optimization for mobile and web customer journeys
    • Serve as a digital product champion across the organization to ensure leadership and peer visibility to ongoing work
    • Understanding of the current China digital landscape, ecommerce trends and how they intersect with ongoing Waters customer needs
    • Maintain integrity and accuracy of product data and process documentation, ensuring product catalogs are up to date in our data management tools (PIM, CMS, etc.).
    • Apply analytics, user feedback, and intuition to provide insight on product focus and optimization efforts
    • Partner with key vendors and technology partners to solve technical and business challenges
    • Work with global Marketing Communications content teams to design and promote a go to market strategy for new feature sets
    • Operate with confidence in instances of uncertainty and ambiguity
    Qualifications:

     

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of a BS in Marketing, Engineering, Computer sciences, Information Systems or related field. MBA or MS preferred
    • 3+ years eCommerce product management/ product owner experience
    • 1+ years participating in agile team management and sprint execution
    • Experience building products for B2B or Scientific instruments preferred
    • Previous experience working with commerce platforms (ie. Hybris, WebSphere, SAP Commerce, ERP, etc) a plus
    • Experience with voice of the customer and analytics platforms preferred
