The Global Business Intelligence Team is a core part of Audible’s mission to unleash the power of the spoken word. We use data and complex quantitative methods to bring the joy of Audible to more listeners, understand how they experience our product, and ensure that we serve them premium content. We partner with business stakeholders and senior leadership to ask and answer challenging questions that inform Audible’s strategic decisions and direction.

Our growing team seeks individuals who are passionate about using data to help drive informed decisions for the company and the customer. We’re looking for an analytical and creative thinker, with the ability to ask the right questions and develop a point of view that will influence business decisions. If your ideal job involves working with one of the richest data sets in the world, communicating your insights with leaders across the organization, and having the ability to see your work turned into action, this position may be for you.

· Your primary customers are business stakeholders around the globe in Content Creation and Marketing teams who rely on reliable and relevant data to inform their decision making with reports and insights
· You will work closely with our business stakeholders to inform their decision making with insights, identifying growth and engagement drivers and areas of opportunity
· You will interpret results, conclude actionable recommendations and communicate them effectively to your business stakeholders
· You will cooperate with our Data Science team to create and leverage predictive models that implement our team’s insights at scale


· You are a self-starter capable to taking initiative and working with minimal direction, and you enjoy working in a team of highly engaged individuals
· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
· 5+ years of relevant professional experience in an E-Commerce, Business Intelligence or Consulting environment
· You are a highly analytical mind with a strong business understanding
· You possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written), including the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical teams
· Familiarity with SQL, ETL, data architecture and instrumentation, and report building


· MBA preferred
· Working understanding of SQL, BI software (Microstrategy, Tableau) as well as statistical packages (R, SAS, Python)
· Hands-on analytics, data science or digital analytics
