33Across, recently named among North America's fastest growing tech companies on Deloitte's 2018 Technology Fast 500™, is seeking a VP of Channel Partner Sales to lead new customer growth efforts across all channels. Reporting to the COO and located in our NYC headquarters, this role will be responsible for scaling a world-class team that exceeds revenue expectations and builds strategic preference for 33Across with the largest platforms in the world.

You Will:

  • Drive global channel partner strategy to build on $100M dollar partner business through DSPs and SSPs.
  • Identify and make contact with prospective business opportunities using a consultative selling approach
  • Work closely with the demand agency team to target, qualify and close opportunities
  • Learn and demonstrate superior knowledge of 33Across offering to prospects
  • Present 33Across solutions, deliver customized proposals, negotiate, and close new channel partnerships
  • Foster ongoing client relationships and manage a robust pipeline of activity
  • Be a strong team player and manager -- success in this role is dependent on strong communication, forging cross-departmental relationships, breaking down silos to achieve positive sale outcomes, and leading a team by example
  • Have a thorough understanding of the needs of the market and assist 33Across with executing against our ongoing strategy to accelerate the Channel Partner business.

You Have:

  • 10+ years of digital media sales experience
  • 5+ years of programmatic digital sales experience
  • 3+ years of management experience
  • Deep network of SSP and DSP contacts
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets from new and existing relationships
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral)
  • Deep understanding of programmatic landscape and players
  • Deep understanding of viewability and fraud technologies
  • A positive customer-oriented attitude and unshakeable professionalism
  • Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented mindset
  • Strong presentation skills and experience presenting with C level audiences
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills -- ability to identify trends and use data to support strategy
