As a senior salesforce developer of the IT development team, the Individual would independently lead the solution delivery of issues as well complex enhancements. The individual would champion technology and tools changes/improvements that improve delivery processes. Be a role model and a technical mentor to junior and mid-level developers. Work collaboratively with other open minded, technology savvy and dedicated team members.

**This position is a hybrid work schedule, requiring 2 days in the office and 3 days remote**

You will be a mentor to the team, driving full (and accurate) adoption of modern software engineering and delivery practices using Salesforce

• A minimum of 5 years developing in the salesforce platform
• Masters degree or similar in Information Technology/Computer science
• 4+ years of demonstrated experience leading modernized development teams
• Deep knowledge and experience in designing and implementing solutions in salesforce along with integrating salesforce to other platforms
• Salesforce Developer Certified (advance certifications preferred)
• CI/CD knowledge - Autorabit or similar tools
• Advanced proficiency with multiple programming languages
• Clear understanding of software development methodologies
• Integrated Salesforce with multiple systems (Microstrategy,Sharepoint,outlook ,cobrowsing solutions etc..)
• Good communication skills. The incumbent will be responsible for interfacing and influencing with the business lines as well as others across IT.
