As a Service Desk Technician, you help the democratization of technology skills by supporting the technology

needs of the business. You will interact with every department to ensure their IT needs are met. Your fellow
team members are just as committed to delivering an exceptional IT experience as you are! Whether it’s email,
hardware, or SaaS software, the business looks to you for guidance on difficult issues and to better integrate
technology in their day-to-day.

What you’ll own:

  • Technical support of end user hardware and software.
  • Technical support of conference room systems and associated hardware.
  • Educating users on our IT processes and procedures.
  • Escalating pervasive or critical issues to team members for root cause analysis.
  • Data custodian of IT Service ticket data: Categories, priorities, resolution details, etc.
  • Working with fellow team members on projects and tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Organizing IT equipment stock rooms.

Experience you’ll need:

  • Mac OS experience is a plus.
  • Conference Room support a plus.
  • Previous technical troubleshooting.
  • Customer-focused, service-oriented and positive team-aligned attitude.
  • Effective listening skills, ability to follow the direction of IT management and senior IT team members.
  • Desire to learn from others and ability to research issues on your own.
