  • Work closely with the Head of Growth and our founders to build and execute our growth strategy.
  • Own and deliver our member growth KPIs for both online and offline/retail sales, including member LTV, cost of acquisition and retention/churn.
  • Develop the roadmap for and implementation of our growth initiatives, working cross functionally with our engineers, product managers and site ops teams to achieve results.
  • Help build and develop a quickly growing team of digital marketing, PR, creative production, CRM and consumer insights professionals.
  • Partner with the Product Development team to influence which revolutionary medical technologies to build, enabling us to further enhance our members’ experience.
