WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Work closely with the Head of Growth and our founders to build and execute our growth strategy.
Own and deliver our member growth KPIs for both online and offline/retail sales, including member LTV, cost of acquisition and retention/churn.
Develop the roadmap for and implementation of our growth initiatives, working cross functionally with our engineers, product managers and site ops teams to achieve results.
Help build and develop a quickly growing team of digital marketing, PR, creative production, CRM and consumer insights professionals.
Partner with the Product Development team to influence which revolutionary medical technologies to build, enabling us to further enhance our members’ experience.

6+ years experience in digital marketing, management consulting, or similar analytical field.
2+ years marketing experience in direct to consumer business.
