We're looking for energetic recent graduates to be the face of Forward, elevating our brand and creating a premier member experience. You'll be on the sales floor running our entire sales life-cycle. You'll own everything from prospecting new leads, to building relationships, educating clients about Forward, and closing deals.
WHAT YOU'll DO :
Create a personalized, extraordinary member experience by qualifying and guiding potential Forward customers.
Become an expert on the Forward product and learn how to run demos for potential members.
Provide exemplary service and guidance to Flagship members.
Serve as a product expert and make confident recommendations to customers.
Own everything from prospecting new leads, to building relationships, educating clients about Forward, and even closing deals.
Wear many hats - we need someone who can do many things well with little hand holding and can easily pivot as priorities shift. We’re small and scrappy, so it’s crucial that you’re able to think on your feet and adapt to changing circumstances.
