Are you an experienced IT/Cyber Professional seeking an opportunity to work on a worldwide DoD program? If so, read on!

This position is located in San Antonio, TX (specifically at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) – Lackland). There are multiple shifts available including days, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Active DoD Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility
  • Associate’s Degree in a related discipline. A High School Diploma with 4 years of experience in system and network administration, installation, testing, and support may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Must be willing to undergo a Counterintelligence Polygraph Examination which may be required for access for this position
  • Must have Security Plus® Certification or be able to obtain it within 60 days of hire
  • Experience with network protocols, hardware and software (such as routers, firewalls, switches, LANs, WANs, Ethernet, Fiber Optic Media, TCP/IP and UDP)
  • Microsoft Windows System Administrator experience or relevant certification
  • Strong understanding of basic network principles
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Military experience
  • Linux System Administrator experience or relevant certification
  • Experience in Air and Space Operations Center (AOC) or Distributed Common Ground Systems (DCGS) system administration
  • Systems Engineering experience
  • Good technical writing and training skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Candidates must be able to maintain a DoD clearance which requires U.S. Citizenship and must be able to pass additional security background checks as required.
