As the PAX Chief of Staff, you will:

  • Be a trusted business partner to the CEO
  • Translate the CEO’s intent into outcomes, working through the management team
  • Set the standard for critical thinking and quality around materials that come to the CEO for decision-making
  • Synthesize polished materials for stakeholders like the management team and Board to facilitate effective and timely decision-making
  • Build strong relationships internally to move cross-functional initiatives forward
  • Provide support for overall effective governance and execution against work plans
  • Have a strong pulse and feedback loop on organizational needs. Help the CEO communicate priorities, activities, and results to the larger organization, while ensuring deliverables are met 


  • 6-10 years of total experience in a combination of strategy consulting, finance / investment banking, venture capital, or an equivalent field
  • Experience at a hyper-growth company in the areas of strategy, financial and/or product planning, organizational change and process improvement, and communications
  • Proven track record of working closely with C-suite/VP-level management while also influencing across multiple levels and functions of an organization
  • Exceptional quantitative as well as written and oral communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial, with high tolerance for ambiguity and complexity and bias for action
  • A low-ego individual who serves as a good sounding board for others and has the ability to anticipate the needs of the CEO
  • Highest level of integrity and management of confidential information


  • Master’s degree in Business, Product Management or Organizational Behavior
