• Validates, processes and verifies product offer data. Ensures data integrity does not fall below established departmental expectations across all global online and offline sales motions and engines. Coordinates activities in support of assigned commodities with appropriate customers to establish product schedules and release activities.
• Establishes and maintains product offer data governance and cadence of customer offer types globally across company sales catalogs in conjunction with organizations such as sales, demand/supply, finance, IT, marketing, engineering and our outsourcing partners.
• Methodically directs product offer data change control activities by researching, analyzing and validating PD in accordance with configuration management guidelines, specifications, documentation and alerts.
• Ensures offer stability to sales and valid information through the release of product offer data across all sales motions online & offline.
• Identify strategic opportunities across catalog, supply chain types, and markets globally to help guide PG & segment product marketing to develop and gain market share. Identify and implement PD long-term operational efficiencies and process improvements in support of revenue targets.
• Supports definition, solution and execution of individual market requirements.
• Prioritizes and routes product offer data for new product launches and sustaining data change requests through the product life cycle, ensuring all relevant and appropriate approvals are in place. Minimizes the amounts of change requests associated to the PD in Work in Process (WIP) by improving status and follow-up techniques with customers.
• Validates and verifies all product offer data is compliant with customer expectations e.g. Marketing, Pricing, Online, New Product Information (NPI), and ensures Engineering Change Order (ECO) package is complete in accordance to Product Group Configuration Management (PGCM) and Product Group Documentation Services (PGDS) documentation standards prior to review and final approved distribution.
• Leads global strategic projects to closure with the agreed timelines and quality standards.

    • Advanced skills in working through ongoing change and strong dealing with ambiguity skills.
    • Ability to function independently & remotely from manager and extended team, and ability to work productively and effectively with low daily supervision.
    • Strong command skills, and ability to prioritize, communicate & execute to a plan/process.
    • Ability to multi-task and manage a large flow of both operational support needs, strategic actions and project/process improvement related needs.
    • Advanced strategic agility, problem solving and program/project management skills.
    • Daily leadership of key operational activities to manage daily, weekly and monthly request management requirements for all product requests (product activations, deactivations, changes/updates, etc.) received from authorized requesters across all regions.
    • Daily strategic management and analysis of business reporting, metrics, and analytics, and related strategic business findings, recommendations & execution.   Leadership & Executive communications of data analysis & findings will be required.
    • Strong analytical & reporting skills.
    • Support of all audit management and test requirements globally & for US/Can region.
    • Support of IT projects and related IT testing requirements.
    • Support for daily questions / needs from sales and support teams through walk-ups, email, phone and other communication vehicles.
    • Daily proactive communications & engagements with regional marketing, sales & support teams, and other similar teams across region.
    • Proactive global engagement & communications required.  Advanced executive level communications & presentation skills required.
    • Ability to build strong relationships and solid proactive communications globally, working with multiple internal organizations and customers.
    • Advanced communications and interactions skills required, and ability to work proactively with many different groups and individuals globally, including leadership and executives.
    • Ability to manage & support multiple global projects and support of virtual project teams.  Past project/program management skills required.
    • Ability to work early morning or evening hours some days each week in support of meetings, conf. calls and video calls globally.
