  • Gain experience and add value across Forward's Ops teams:
  • Support: We'll introduce you to one of the key components of the Forward product, our telemedicine support system. You'll have the opportunity to deliver on our core daily operations activities, tackle challenging member issues, and help set the direction for the support we provide our members through the Forward mobile app.
  • Manage: Take on key functions to support the growth and management of our rapidly growing telemedicine staff. You’ll be challenged daily to identify new ways to improve our training, auditing, performance management, and more.
  • Build: Work with our product team and other team leads to improve our processes and tools.
  • Responsible. You take ownership of your work, and you operate with a high level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
  • Scrappy. Everyone at Forward wears many hats, and this role is no exception. You'll be working across multiple teams and solving problems that you've never been exposed to before. You'll need to be adaptable and flexible in order to keep up.
  • Mission-driven. Our ultimate goal is to help others by bringing them access to better care. We want to bring people on board who share that passion and drive and are motivated to help us get there.
  • Startup experience is a major plus.
  • BA/BS required
