Start by registering your company with PowerToFly here. Once completed, you’ll be directed to the job posting page and then to the payment page. You can adjust your posting and add more information after you place the payment.
The role that I want to post is remote, but we want our candidate to be from a certain city or state. Can I still post it with you?
Yes. When creating the job posting, choose “Flexible” role type and add the preferred city. If you want to find a candidate from a certain time zone or country, you can specify this in the job description.
Can I post more than one role?
Yes. You can post as many roles as you need. Start by registering your company and posting the first role. From there, you can add more roles one at a time from your account. We provide bulk discounts, so make sure to message email@example.com.
How long does it take to publish?
Your remote role will be published right away.
Where can I find the receipt?
Your receipt will be sent to you automatically when your payment is processed on our side. If you don’t receive your receipt, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I forward all candidates directly to my ATS?
If you’re posting your first role with PowerToFly, you’ll be able to add a custom link leading all interested candidates to your ATS to complete their applications. For all further roles, you can add the ATS link right away.
How to enable/disable the auto-renew?
To check if your role is posted for just 45 days or if it will renew automatically, open your PowerToFly account and make sure you are logged in as an admin. Go to the "My Company" section and choose "Account" from the drop-down menu for the auto-renewal switch.
Can I get a free trial?
For the security of our members, we do not share talent information before confirming your first payment.
I can’t log in. What should I do?
Try to reset your password on the login page using the “Problems logging in?” link, or email us at email@example.com.
Where do I find the list of my applicants?
Go to the "Dashboard" section of your PowerToFly account and select the role with the applicants you’d like to review.
How can I reach interested talent?
You’ll find the preferred contact information for all the applicants that showed interest in your open role on their profiles. You can reach out to them through PowerToFly messaging, email, LinkedIn or phone.
