There are quite a few reasons why Nashville has become the new "it" city beyond the Country music and hot chicken: for the last decade or so, Nashville has been having tremendous job growth.

Collective 615
Collective 615 is Nashville's first coworking space by women, for women (and non-binary people). It's opening later this month! The two-story space is located in West Nashville's newly remodeled L & L Market building.
CEO, Kathy Thomas' goal when she began this business was to create a feminine and empowering space with an emphasis on awareness, education, and revenue generation for female business owners. Ultimately, she wanted to help her members make their lives more fulfilling. So along with having events on business concepts and planning, they also have a car-detailing partner, a lactation room, and offer a meditation and prayer time.
Bonus - Wine and sparkling water on tap is a nice bonus, but its placement in the L&L Market building makes this a slam dunk. You can grab a milkshake or some sushi, go shopping, check out the salon or enjoy a spin class and more all in the same building.
If you want something small but dynamic:
The Lab
The Lab is a collective open coworking space in the historic Georgetown district that is focused on creating connections between its members and helping their members thrive professionally. The Lab offers mentorships, courses, and events to empower and guide their members in their businesses, finances, and more. The Lab is a great place to get work done, but it also provides community and education, making it feel like so much more than an office.
The Lab is the smallest coworking space on this list, and it has a lot of heart. Centered in the Black community, the culture of the space is to empower more people of color to take intentional and elevated actions in their businesses and to use their success to invest back in their community as the co-founders did.
Bonus - Along with events focused on important business and financial topics, The Lab hosts many fun events like cocktail making and live music—they even hosted Beto O'Rourke on his campaign trail to speak with the community about his run for the presidency.

Spaces in Downtown Nashville's SoBro District is a colorful and vibrant space with a beautiful view of the West River Front Walk and Ascend Amphitheater. The Riverfront Park location is one of 250 other locations around the world, which gives you access to all of their locations when you are traveling.
Hungry? There is daily catering from Fooda and several great restaurants on the first floor.
Spaces offers an interactive business club membership, meeting rooms, private offices, and gym access. Everyone at the front desk is friendly and helpful, and even though it's a larger space, there is a real feeling of community when you visit.

Industrious
Industrious offers three Nashville locations, and it was hard to nail down a favorite because they are all so gorgeous. The Cummings Station location is in a historic brick building, with great views, retail shops, and restaurants in the building. The Gulch building (which is close neighbors to the Cummings Station location) is right at the heart of the buzzing Gulch neighborhood. This location has big windows and a beautiful view of the city. The Downtown location in the Business District is near the Arcade, the Capitol and the Ryman. This building also offers an incredible panoramic view of the city from the 19th floor.
All of the Industrious locations have beautiful interiors with a cool industrial look. Industrious has locations all over the country, so when you need a place to work when traveling or need to hold an event, you have an office to be your home away from home.
