Did you know that 66% of Employed Women Are Looking for New Jobs in 2020?
What Women Want in 2020
We know that gender diverse teams produce better business outcomes, and yet a 2019 IBM study found that 79% of global companies haven’t prioritized achieving gender equality.
As part of our mission to fast track gender equality by connecting women to roles at top companies, we surveyed 310 women and non-binary people in our community about their professional goals and wants for 2020. What we found surprised us: 66% of employed women said they wanted to find new jobs in 2020.
We want to help employers retain and attract women by better understanding and addressing their wants and concerns.
In this report, you will learn:
  • What factors would convince women to accept new roles.
  • The one benefit that over 75% of women want, and that you probably already offer (at least informally).
  • What women expect from your company’s Diversity & Inclusion policies and initiatives.
  • Why gainfully employed women are looking for opportunities elsewhere, and how focusing on this one area can help you retain top employees and attract new talent.
