We know that
gender diverse teams produce better business outcomes, and yet a 2019 IBM study found that 79% of global companies haven’t prioritized achieving gender equality.
As part of our mission to fast track gender equality by connecting women to roles at top companies, we surveyed 310 women and non-binary people in our community about their professional goals and wants for 2020. What we found surprised us: 66% of employed women said they wanted to find new jobs in 2020.
We want to help employers retain and attract women by better understanding and addressing their wants and concerns.
