VP People Team, Optum Health Care Solutions
Anne Chang is the Vice President, People for the Optum Health Care Solutions business with revenues over $50B and employee size of over 80k. Care Solutions comprises of Home & 8 Community, Serve, Health Solutions and Behavioral Health Solutions. She leads the People strategy, shaping talent initiatives across the businesses.
She has been with UnitedHealth Group since 2011. Prior to her current role, she’s help various global roles in People and Operations across UnitedHealthcare and Optum. Before UHG, Anne worked at Medtronic, the world leader in medical devices. She has worked across multiple businesses and geographies including Japan and China.
Anne received her Masters of Arts in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management and a Bachelors of Arts from the University of St Thomas. She is a certified Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) and holds an NTL Global Organizational Development (OD) Certificate from Oxford, UK.
