Diversity reboot

Bella has been working in Community Management for 15 years. Starting her career with Myspace, Bella moderated the Religion and Philosophy areas, as well as the Arts and Literature forums until their close. She continued to manage multiple communities - both large and small - throughout her career. At Stack Overflow she enjoys working with such a vast community of experts, and takes her responsibility as Community Manager of Trust & Safety seriously, helping to ensure the platform continues to be a safe and welcoming space for all. As a passionate Trust & Safety professional, Bella believes online communities mold the real world around us, and are to be managed with care and respect.
