Managing Director, Reporting and Analytics Executive – Enterprise Credit, Bank of America

Betsy Griffin leads the Analytics and Business Intelligence team and is the COO of Enterprise Credit Analytics & Transformation Strategy. Her team focuses on providing Enterprise Credit stakeholders with reporting and insights to make better and faster credit decisions. Betsy and her team also lead the people and investment strategy to ensure the organization has the right talent and technology capabilities to reduce operational risk and facilitate loan growth.

Betsy has a degree in Finance and International Business from the University of South Carolina. She joined Bank of America in 2007 with the Finance Management Associate Program within Corporate Treasury. Before joining Enterprise Credit, she worked in Corporate Finance on the bank funding desk building out cash and liquidity management processes, and in Enterprise Capital Management where she established capital forecasting processes based on regulatory requirements for Global Systemically Important Banks.

Betsy is passionate about mentoring and has been both a mentee and mentor in Enterprise Credit, Corporate Finance, and through the Black Professional Group (BPG) and the Hispanic / Latino Organization for Leadership and Advancement (HOLA) affinity networks. She also is the co-founder of the Global Banking and Markets Women’s Connect to foster cross line of business connections and networking.
