Diversity reboot

Colleen Olson returned to the corporate world with iRelaunch after taking a career break to raise her two daughters and assist with eldercare for aging parents. Before her break, she served as President of Globetrotter Properties at Harlem Globetrotters International, where she was responsible for new business development, daily operations, and long-term strategies for the global sports entertainment brand.

During her career break, Colleen led several community volunteer initiatives and worked as an independent consultant. She now leads Business Development at iRelaunch, where she focuses on expanding existing partnerships and sourcing new clients that are looking to access top talent offered by returners.
