Dr. Lola Adeyemo is an Inclusive Workplace Strategist, speaker, and founder who helps organizations build cultures where people — and communities — truly thrive. She is the CEO of EQImindset, where she advises HR, DEI, and People leaders on Employee Resource Group (ERG) strategy, belonging frameworks, and inclusive leadership. With a background spanning science, HR analytics, and organizational leadership, Dr. Lola brings both data and lived experience to her work, helping companies move from intention to measurable impact. She is also the founder of the nonprofit Immigrants in Corporate Inc., a community dedicated to supporting immigrant and first-generation professionals through storytelling, advocacy, and career development. Through this work, she centers voices that are often overlooked while creating pathways for belonging and advancement in the workplace. Dr. Lola is the host of the Thriving in Intersectionality podcast, author of Thriving in Intersectionality: Immigrants, Belonging, and Corporate America, and a frequent speaker at conferences and corporate events, including SHRM, ATD, and TEDx. In 2025, she completed her doctorate, with research focused on leadership communication and employee engagement. Across her work, Lola is known for blending strategy with humanity — helping leaders understand that belonging is not a “nice to have,” but a leadership practice that drives engagement, retention, and excellence.
