Diversity reboot

Jazmin Garcia is a Queer, First-Gen, Mexican- American with eight years’ experience in policy, programs and philanthropy, including developing over 200 Latinx leaders for a nationally recognized program. She is a Nonprofit SMB Talent Advisor @ LinkedIn Corporation and serves as the Global Network Lead for the Hispanics of LinkedIn Alliance, their Latinx ERG. Additionally, she leverages her leadership roles as a Rock Your Profile Ambassador and LinkedIn Coach as a way of empowering every member of the global workforce with the skillset to maximize LinkedIn to connect them to economic opportunity. Her experience growing up across borders in San Diego, California and Tijuana, Baja California inspired a curious leader and prompted her passion for public service and social impact. She resides in the beautiful neighborhood of River West in Chicago with her partner and loves traveling and exploring the world.
