Jeanette Proffitt is the chief financial officer for Bank of America StaffSupport functions, which include Risk, Legal, Audit, Human Resources, ESG & Public Policy, and the Chief Administrative Officer and Chief FinancialOfficer. In this role, she is responsible for executing all core finance functions including providing strategic guidance and performance insights to those organizations, driving efficiency and operating key control processes that ensure the integrity of the financial results. Additionally, she is responsible for Corporate Allocations.Previously, Jeanette served as CFO for Global Technology & Operations(GT&O). She joined the company in 2002 as part of the CFO Group, where she held a variety of finance roles in GT&O, Consumer, Global SecuritiesSolutions, Fleet Transition and various Corporate Staff functions.Before joining Bank of America, she worked as a manager in the financial services audit and business advisory division of Price water house Coopers and as a Sales Account Manager with Kraft General Foods.Jeanette is a member of LEAD for Women, the Inter-GenerationalEmployee Network and the Global Diversity & Inclusion Council. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with aMaster of Accounting degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in BusinessAdministration.Jeanette lives in Charlotte, NC with her husband, Ben; children Ben (16),Will (15), and Kate (12) and Golden doodle Daisy.
