Johanna is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership, large-scale negotiations, and strategic planning. As the Global Director of IT Sourcing and Vendor Management at Avery Dennison, she is recognized for her innovative approach to business challenges and her ability to foster successful vendor partnerships. A leader in AI integration, she is passionate about leveraging technology to drive efficiency and growth. Her career spans multiple industries, including roles at other Fortune 500 companies such as Ticketmaster and Live Nation, where she honed her expertise in negotiations and vendor management. She is known for leading high-impact initiatives and delivering results that align with business objectives. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Johanna serves as an executive sponsor for her company’s Latinx ERG, Voz Latina, and has led the DEI education and awareness pillar. As an inaugural member of the North America Diversity Council, she champions diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization. Outside of work, Johanna is a devoted wife and mother, balancing her family life with her professional pursuits. She is also committed to personal well-being as an avid runner.
