As COOLER’s CEO and Head of Product and Experience, June taps into her multi-discipline design background to ensure that each workshop, coaching card set, and box experience is well-received, impactful, and enjoyable. As founder of Junius Coffee - one of the 1st companies in the US to provide cold brew coffee as an office perk - June saw first-hand how great perks programs and staff engagement became a pivotal staple of company culture. At the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, June designed COOLER for companies to show appreciation and create shared experiences in a deeper way as we move forward into a work frontier with new challenges and parameters.
