Diversity reboot

Katherine Valaitis is a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner supporting our Sending Technology business. She joined Pitney Bowes in April of 2021 to support our high-volume hiring need in Presort Services (which has robotic technology; and in 2023 she was given the opportunity to support a second of our four business units. Prior to Pitney Bowes, Katherine spent four years working in the energy segment, where she was responsible for building talent acquisition strategy and practices along with full-cycle recruiting. She also assisted in managing a sales team covering the Midwest. This position was preceded by a year with Aerotek, a leading staffing agency in the U.S. supporting their environmental and engineering recruiting efforts in the Cleveland, Ohio market. In her free time Katherine can be found coaching high school soccer, building Lego (her favorite is the mosaic of her dog, Sammy) or reading HR, business strategy or economics books. (Current book is Conversations with Adele, about Adele Ryan Malley, the former CEO of Malley’s Chocolates, one of the most iconic businesses in Cleveland).
