Global Women’s Talent Strategy Manager D&I Consultant
Lynne M. Fairbanks is Senior Vice President, D&I Consultant, focused on the Global Women’s Talent Strategy. In this capacity, she is responsible for supporting the strategies, external partnerships and programs focused on women at the Bank.Lynne joined the Bank in 2004. She’s held several roles in HR as well as supporting the consumer lines of business:Learning & Leadership Development Client Manager, Learning Manager, Business Support Manager (ClientExperience/Associate Experience), Finance Manager; all across three lines of business: Global Human Resources,Consumer Mortgage Operations and the CFO organization. She’s also held a global role within our EmployeeNetwork community as the Co-Chair of the Black Professional Group (BPG).Prior to joining Bank of America, Ms. Fairbanks was a Director for Booz Allen & Hamilton Consulting with theNew York office. Her most notable role was Program Director of the Harlem Small Business Initiative, a pro bono effort working with the William Jefferson Clinton Presidential Foundation. This effort provided consulting services for Small Businesses in New York working with the NYU Business School and the NY Chapter of the NationalBlack MBAs and over 110 volunteers were aligned to this effort.Lynne is an Ally for LGBTQ+, a member of the Black Professional Group, the Disability Advocacy Network, andLEAD (Leadership, Education, Advocacy and Development for women) Network. Lynne is part of the Women’sExecutive Development Program Alumnae group and The Women’s Exchange.Ms. Fairbanks is a graduate of Seton Hall University in South Orange, New Jersey and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting as well as an MBA with concentrations in Management Information Systems and InternationalBusiness. She is a CPA for the State of New Jersey. Being a lifelong learner, during the pandemic, Lynne pursued and received her Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification and is currently pursuing her certification in Diversity and Inclusion.
