Project Manager, Esri
Nick Karrick is a Project Manager at Esri, where he leads GIS and digital transformation initiatives for government and environmental organizations. He specializes in WebGIS governance, enterprise system design, and helping organizations translate data into actionable insights that support better decision-making. Nick has spent six years at Esri and has worked with clients across the U.S. His work spans a wide range of modernization and innovation efforts, including dam monitoring, cultural asset mapping, LiDAR-driven workflows for topography and sustainable infrastructure, forestry and logging practices, and environmental permitting modernizations. Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, Nick attended the University of Tennessee and now lives in Chicago. Outside of work, he enjoys catching Cubs games, running in one of Chicago’s many great parks, and searching for his next favorite comic. He is passionate about making geospatial technology more accessible and enabling organizations to use modernized platforms and data to address real-world challenges.
