Pam is a strategist and marketer turned Executive Coach, DEI Advocate, and Co-Founder of Agency DEI. She’s a first generation, Chinese-American who built a 15+ year career in sports, brand strategy, and marketing at the NBA, ESPN, Nike, and R/GA before starting her coaching practice. She was named to Business Insider’s Inaugural List of Most Innovative Career Coaches and founded Agency DEI to track and measure diversity, equity, and inclusion progress. Her coaching and speaking focus on career development and corporate DEI issues. Her activism focuses on advancing Asian American communities.
