Pranav Dalal is the Founder and CEO of Office Beacon, a global remote staffing firm Pranav bootstrapped to a workforce of more than 5,500 employees spanning the United States, India, the Philippines, Mexico, Bolivia and South Africa. A Harvard Business School MBA alumnus with decades of international business experience, he has built a reputation as an operator who turns ambitious vision into measurable scale.

Under his leadership, Office Beacon received five awards at the 33rd World HRD Congress. Pranav was personally honored as Business Leader of the Year/CEO of the Year and Office Beacon was recognized as a Dream Company to Work For, Best Brand Employer of the Year, and two additional category honors. Pranav is also a recipient of the 2024 Vistage Impact Award, and a member of the Forbes Business Council and the Loyola Marymount Dean's Executive Council.
