As Senior Director of Customer Success and Support at Workiva, Rebecca's focus to ensure customers achieve business outcomes using the Workiva platform. She leads Customer Success, Product Success and Support teams for Workiva in Europe, creating best in class experience and satisfaction for Workiva customers. Rebecca brings over 15 years experience in customer facing roles, across Support, Customer Success and Account Management. Prior to Workiva, Rebecca held various Customer Success positions for Worldpay, in the eCommerce payments space. She received her first-class honors Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Sheffield Hallam University. Rebecca is originally from the United Kingdom but has been living in the Netherlands for the past 10 years. She enjoys skiing, live music and traveling.
