Diversity reboot

Tonya Allen is the Senior Staff Program Manager in App BU Program Management at ServiceNow. In her role she manages the DEX program and training, along with coaching individuals and teams in adopting SAFe and Continuous Planning.

Tonya has a heart for her family, children, her community, and the planet. She is passionate about her PRIDE allyship, being the proud momma-bear of a 17-year-old transgender son and 15-year-old cis-gender son.

Tonya also serves on the board of Colorado I Have a Dream Foundation. She is honored to participate in this year’s PowertoFly PRIDE Diversity Summit, share her experiences, and speak to others about Breaking Barriers.
