We are looking for a professional, high-energy, and self-driven Head of Global Talent Acquisition to join us! In this role, you will lead all global talent acquisition efforts—including but not limited to: hiring, operations, strategy, process and reporting, tool selection, marketing, and other strategic best practices that support Skedulo's hyper growth initiatives while providing an amazing candidate experience. Building and growing an amazing recruiting team, you’ll help us attract the most amazing talent to Skedulo!


What You Will Do

  • Build and grow the Talent Acquisition function for global scale, with ownership of the Talent Acquisition Team's Delivery
  • Develop thoughtful and measurable recruitment processes to strategically staff all functional areas of the business - across all current and future Skedulo locations - with top talent
  • Along with Marketing, develop and execute on strategies to promote our employer brand in all external opportunities where possible
  • Collaborate closely with the Executives and Managers as a thought leader for recruiting philosophies, processes, tools and tactics aligned with the objectives of the business
  • Create, teach, and foster DEIB best practices in all aspects of the hiring process
  • Build an effective global talent acquisition strategy that supports Skedulo's hyper growth stage in 2022 and beyond.
  • Build, implement, and optimize a standardized full-cycle recruitment process to ensure a “best in class” candidate experience
  • Create an innovative, sustainable, data-driven plan, that is built to meet company targets
  • Proactively manage and develop sourcing channels to ensure pipelines are constantly filled with the best candidates.
  • Work directly with our leadership teams to drive decision making for the people initiatives within their teams according to their hiring needs
  • Manage external recruiting agency relationships

What You Will Bring

  • 7+ years of experience building and leading high-performing Global Talent Acquisition teams in a hyper-growth SaaS environment in Australia, US, EMEA and Vietnam
  • Proven track record of high volume staffing (300-500+ people in a year)
  • Proven success scaling growing organizations from 400 to 1000+ including global expansion
  • Demonstrated ability to build global People strategies with consideration for talent priorities 3-5 years ahead
  • Direct sourcing experience with a demonstrated ability to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for a variety of positions at different levels of the organization
  • Proficient with using applicant-tracking software (Greenhouse, Lever, Workable ATS experience is preferred)
  • Executive level recruiting (VP+ level)
  • Analytical mindset; you seek to understand and solve a problem and instinctively ask for data
  • Tremendous emotional intelligence and judgment, enabling your success as a trusted partner for Skedulo business leaders and an inspirational leader/coach to your team and Skedulo candidates
  • Unwavering passion and drive to make Skedulo the best place to work
  • Has strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
