Analytics Manager - Commercial Analytics f/m/d
You are a data guru and you have a commitment to create great customer experience and commercial growth through statistical analysis and data-driven insights.
Collaborate closely with our Chief Commercial Officer and Commercial teams to develop a customer-oriented and data-driven strategy to inform, influence, and guide commercial successes
Manage, support and develop a team of 2+ members. Guide efforts and results for data science & analytics. Mentor and nurture growth and maturity of team members
Represent the team to the organisation and advocate the Data Science team as a collaborator and an equal partner in evolving commercial opportunities
Enable, support, and facilitate business growth. Make strategic decisions, form execution plans, and guide completion of projects - revenue management, revenue initiatives, customer segmentations, inventory expansions, baseline conversion models, A/B tests
Incubate new monetization initiatives and develop proof of concept models
Develop mathematical models to understand the interplay between revenue, operations, and expenses: use these models to create and guide profitability initiatives
Commit to being an advocate of our company’s data-driven culture: produce reports that are actionable, dashboards that are diagnostic, and recommendations that support and create growth
