    Role
    • Work with prospective customers and our Sales team to win deals and drive sales to completion
    • Identify customer success criteria, technical sales requirements, and opportunities
    • Become a leading SME on NuData's product offerings and competing fraud solutions
    • Prepare and deliver technical presentations across multiple levels of business and technical audiences
    • Own the RFP and RFI process for existing and prospective customers
    • Own technical requirements gathering during the sales process
    • Assist with customer training and creating best practice documentation including industry knowledge and platform use

    • Ability to quickly adapt to a client situation to capitalize on an opportunity to drive a sale
    • Influential self-starter. Taking leadership on prospects and customer engagements.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively communicate with different levels of staff including computer engineering, network engineering, project management, business, C-level both internally and externally
    • Real world experience with SaaS based web/mobile risk or payment platforms
    • High level of knowledge and understanding of web applications (multi-tier web apps, databases, cookies/session, HTTP get/post, RESTful API calls, web sessions, JavaScript, XML)
    Assets
    • Previous experience in the security, finance, or e-commerce industries
    • Previous relationship management or technical business development experience
    • Understanding of SaaS based technologies
