As a smart and scrappy problem solver, you will work in topics that range from high level Sales Strategy to the nuts and bolts of Sales Operations. You will help build and improve Sales data, processes, and operational efficiencies. You will also partner with the leaders of our business in providing advice on how to improve our Go-To-Market model.

You should have experience with and enjoy supporting Sales, building operational and forecasting processes, managing large and complex data sets, and in design of GTM models. You will be working cross-functionally with a focus on Sales leaders, Finance, Marketing and BD.

This position is an Individual Contributor and reports to the VP of North America Sales Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales leadership to help drive the business
  • Drive identification of key issues through analytics and business knowledge, develop of solutions and drive/assist with implementation
  • Conceptualize and run with projects that help improve our GTM
  • Assist with ad hoc analyses, requests and responsibilities

Basic Qualifications

  • BS/BA in Finance, Business, Economics or relevant field
  • 4-8 years of Consulting/Finance/Investment Banking experience (or relevant Sales Ops/Tech experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA a plus but not required
  • Experience driving projects from start to finish and leading cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytics and business acumen
  • Customer service oriented and ability to partner with individuals at all levels
  • Effective, clear, and concise communication skills, verbal and written
  • Expert in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable and flexible working in a fast-paced environment
  • Results-driven and self-motivated with the ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in Salesforce is strong plus
