We are looking for a high-energy, organized and passionate Technical Program Manager to partner with engineering leaders to help drive our schedule. It is critical that you are a team player and a clear communicator as you will be working closely with all Dishcraft's teams including Software Engineers, Roboticists, and Product Managers. This role is ideal for someone who has a history of working on complex projects and an ability to adjust to unforeseen challenges.
About the Role:
Manage and drive software/hardware/mechanical milestone tracking and implementation, dependency mapping and schedule maintenance
Drive regular software, hardware and mechanical releases, prioritizing and deconflicting necessary work to better enable reaching longer-term goals in the midst of shorter-term priorities
Drive efforts, ensuring we track the right things and that all audiences can quickly comprehend our progress
Work with leaders, teammates and product managers to create, implement, and/or drive processes that improve execution and communication. Partner across the company to coordinate bring-up of new systems and develop common tools
Work with team leaders and other counterparts to plan and implement technical roadmaps
BS degree in Engineering
10+ years experience as technical program manager
Experience shipping highly complex systems including new technology
Experience developing and commercializing complex systems (e.g. Hardware, Software, Electro-mechanical)
Strong track-record of effective technical project management skills: systems engineering, project planning, status reporting, timeline estimation, issue tracking, meeting facilitation, process documentation, priorities alignment, and developed communication skills
Comfortable working on early-stage projects in an environment with ambiguity and change
