The MINDBODY One Program Associate will be responsible for partnering with the Manager of MINDBODY One Program Management on all aspects of maintaining, growing and evolving MINDBODY One. MINDBODY One is an online ecosystem created for MINDBODY clients to network, strategize and discuss relevant business topics.


MINDBODY One is a networking community for fitness, beauty, salon, spa and wellness business owners. The right candidate is passionate about the wellness industry and supporting wellness business owners, with a background in growing and managing online communities.

The right candidate will have collaborative, confident personality to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Service, Onboarding, Sales, Research, Project Management and Engineering teams to drive adoption and engagement and achieve strategic business objectives for MINDBODY One. This individual will have the ability work well with people and ideas while monitoring data and ROI.

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications or business
  • Experience managing multiple tasks at once while bringing strategic ideas and insight
  • Strong team player able to be nimble and malleable
  • Friendly, kind, and professional demeanor in online and in-person interactions with community members
  • High level of initiative for excellence, results and process improvement
  • Strong interpersonal skills and successful at working in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to present to large groups with confidence and poise
  • Proficiency in GSuite and Microsoft products
  • Experience using Facebook Groups or other online groups a plus
  • Task management and admin experience
  • Passion for the wellness industry and for helping business grow



Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the MINDBODY One team to manage and welcome new members to the community through the community platform
  • Organize and sort community data to make initial strategy recommendations; collaborate with data science to deliver timely reports
  • Patrol the MINDBODY One community content and ensure guidelines are respected ongoing and that all questions are responded to in a timely manner.
  • Act as point of contact for community members for questions about how to use online platform
  • Manage the MINDBODY One content calendar, acting as the liaison between MINDBODY internal and the community
    • Finding blog resources to link to within the convos
  • Support the planning and administration needs of events for the program including MINDBODY Universities, BOLD and Champs on Campus
  • Support the launch of new functionality and enhancements within the community
  • Proactively manage the external marketing initiatives to promote the community
  • Support internal communication and evangelizing of program
