The Client Experience Team is a driving force at Thrive, managing client relationships, growing accounts strategically, and uniting cross functional teams. They have an expertise running projects at scale. They are able to act both independently and as strong team contributors; they are able to handle the ever-increasing volume and complexity of work. They accomplish this by their ability to anticipate every move, and act with utmost tact and diplomacy. As a Client Experience Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to significantly impact the way employees live and work and around the world.

How You’ll Contribute

  • Work closely with the sales and client solutions team to deliver timely proposals with the highest level of client satisfaction
  • Cultivate and track the full execution of Thrive Global solutions from time of sale through implementation and ongoing partner support
  • Troubleshoot client requests and questions
  • Maintain overall project details and drive the coordination of activities and deliverables among all internal Thrive Global teams domestically and globally

Must Haves

  • BA/BS degree or relevant work experience
  • Experience working with complex annual contracts and high-level accounts
  • Excellent project management, communication and client-management skills
  • Experience using Salesforce, G-Suite and Asana preferred
