The Enterprise Infrastructure Services organization within Microsoft CSEO is a global organization with a passion for quality, service and technology; we own big networks, datacenters & large scale labs, scale-up and scale-out infrastructure, applications that span private and public cloud and support operations.

We are looking for a seasoned IT Professional to build strong business engagement and relationship with Microsoft Technology Centers (MTC) Business stakeholders to enable & drive core MTC business objectives. Microsoft Technology Centers are facility-based Sales Engagement platform; MTC’s are leveraged to bring into life the real customer experiences using the Enterprise & Secure Infrastructure platforms provided by CSE.

 

This person hired must have combination of executive presence, strong customer engagement & organizational skills with excellence verbal/written communication skills with strong experience working in global environment.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the lead engagement with Microsoft Technology Centers(MTC) Business stakeholders for Asia and Middle East.
  • Translate MTC business strategy & requirements into actionable Infrastructure Roadmap with clear measurable goals & business impact
  • Responsible for driving Global Hosting & Integration (GHI) business alignment & budgetary conversations with MTC Directors
  • Accountable for driving Technology and Infrastructure Standardization & Innovation roadmap across MTCs
  • Contribute to the start-of-the-art design new MTCs; Deep engagement on engineering requirements working with MTC & other CSE Stakeholders.

Lead monthly business reviews with MTC Business Stakeholders

Qualifications

  • 12+ Years of experience in direct customer engagement in a large enterprise environment
  • 5+ years’ program management and/or relevant IT Service Management / Product Owner experience
  • Ability to translate business requirements into Infrastructure Implementable tactical actions & roadmaps
  • Excellence Communication & Presentation skills, along with high proficiency levels in Confidence competency.
  • Strong Executive Management Skills along with ability to manage ambiguity
  • Exposure to Infrastructure Compute, Storage & Network Components
  • Experience working in global teams and demonstrated organization agility
  • Ability to navigate and influence in a matrixed organization
  • Demonstrated interest in customer advocacy derived from a holistic understanding of the business & sales engagement
