You are:

A seasoned decision-maker with a history of getting things done. You’ve led teams, big and small, and know how to keep everyone working with a shared purpose. Your analytical skills are second to none, and you’re comfortable solving complex problems for clients. And you’re just as comfortable dealing with senior managers on the client side or at Accenture.

The work:

Set strategic direction and near-term goals for our clients.

Negotiate high-level client and company issues

Run critical assignments with lasting impact

Be ready to build those air miles with frequent weekly travel: Monday-Thursday as needed


Here’s what you need:

Minimum of 6 months of experience in HR transformation enabled by technology and business process expertise

Minimum of 6 years of hands on experience with Workday HCM systems integration and/or implementation with strong knowledge of industry/workforce trends and drivers for Products clients (Retail, Consumer Goods, Life Sciences, Travel, or Industrial)

Minimum of 3 years of experience doing project management -- that includes managing people

Minimum of 1 year of experience helping boost sales in HR Technology or Transformation

Minimum of 1 year of experience developing HR Technology

Minimum of 3 years of experience working on large-scale and/or global transformation projects

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree

Bonus points if:

You’ve helped expand an internal practice, improved products for clients, developed talent pools, and increased engagement

You’ve got any Workday certifications for Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, Compensation, Talent Management, or Performance Management, but especially PMP
