Wolters Kluwer, a multinational leader on a global level in the supply of information tools and software solutions for professionals and SMEs in the financial, tax, and employment consultancy fields, is interested in getting in touch with graduates and sales representatives who has 1-2 years of experience at a junior level or 3-5 years of experience for the more senior positions
The person will have the opportunity to enter a structured and dynamic multinational context, collaborating within the Software Sales Department for both the professional studio market and that of SMEs. It will aim to develop new sales of management software through hunting activities concerning the reference segment and enhancement of customers in the park through upselling activities.
Main responsibilities:
- collaborate with the Area Country Manager in defining prospecting plans and ensuring their implementation;
- develop a direct sales activity on new customers located in the assigned geographical area;
- ensure the achievement of the assigned budget, guaranteeing the standards expected in the sales activity, both in terms of margin and customer satisfaction;
- The ideal candidate/candidate has gained complex sales experience, with a view to solution selling. Ideally, the person comes from similar sectors, and sales skills in at least one of the reference markets are essential, as well as knowledge of business processes. It is essential to have great interest or a strong passion for the world of software, with skills in the IT field. Attitude to work towards objectives in complex and modernly organized structures, resourcefulness, and willingness to make frequent trips complete the profile.
The economic offer will be commensurate with the experience gained.
