The Dynamics 365 Team is looking for an individual who has relevant experience developing enterprise software application products focused on digital marketing professionals. In your role, you will help drive the vision and strategy of various product features within the Dynamics 365 product line especially focusing on the US customers. You will analyze ambiguous technical and customer situations and determine appropriate solutions as necessary. Additionally, you will articulate customer requirements and pain points to executives and to a feature crew. You will have experience in cross-time zone work (working remotely with feature crews based in Europe and elsewhere). You will have experience with working with other Microsoft teams (internal stakeholders). You will have a consumer-oriented mindset in defining the requirements and envisioning how they are translated into a compelling and easy-to-use user experience for our customers.
The ideal candidate has got passion for working with customers and advocating for their requirements, and a track record of designing and delivering Digital Marketing and cloud products. We are looking for candidates that are willing to learn, grow and make a difference to our customers and to colleagues at Microsoft. In your role you will be working with various teams in Microsoft to deliver solutions to customers that build on various Microsoft assets and drive these capabilities to completion working with geographically distributed feature crews.
You should have:
A background driving features from start to finish - definition, scope/prioritization, creating functional specs, driving feature teams, incorporating feedback and all the way to shipping and building successful reference customers for at least 2 years.
Customer-facing experience in demo and sales situations, preferably with customer executives
Understanding of Sales or Marketing or Service business processes especially around business to business scenarios
Experience working with and building digital marketing systems
Ability to represent our Dynamics 365 capabilities at events and conferences
Ability to negotiate requirements with internal stakeholder teams
S. in Computer Science is preferred
2+ years of equivalent industry experience is highly desired.
MBA is a plus
Experience in a consulting role working directly with customers implementing and deploying business applications such as CRM and/or ERP.
