As a senior-level individual contributor you will lead the technology transformation efforts of Dell’s Global Deployment & Field Services business and envision the future state technology for a diverse business and portfolio of software / hardware products.  Working with both the Business and Technology groups, the role will focus on the Technology Vision, Strategy and Roadmap driving key transformation initiatives and challenging the status-quo.

Role Responsibilities:
•    As an senior-level individual contributor you will lead the technology transformation efforts of Dell’s Deployment Services business and envision the future state technology 
•    Understand the core business processes and apply current technology trends to innovate / transform for the future
•    Envision & design the technology roadmaps and ecosystems to support efforts associated with both internal and external customers and stay knowledgeable of cutting edge technology trends
•    Coordinate the roadmap of the current, critical business systems while driving new delivery technology
•    Design customer first processes, demonstrating an ability to create conceptual mock-ups and process maps
•    Drive change through people, process and technology innovation
•    Coordinate with various cross-functional program management office’s

Requirements:
•    14+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience in the Services industry relating to business and technology strategies
•    Previous experience as a technology leader or executive driving transformation change
•    Working knowledge of Agile / Waterfall Development Methodologies, leveraging Cloud (Azure, Google, AWS), custom developed applications and SaaS based tools
•    Experience leading cross-functional teams and initiatives

Preferences:
•    Understanding of Managed Service Technical Environment
•    PMP or Black Belt Certification
