Job Description:

Has management responsibility for more complex/strategic product(s). Develops, sponsors and/or influences the strategies and tactics across functional groups and/or within a product group. Drives innovative idea generation for the products under their management. May act as an individual contributor or may lead a team to ensure that the product management effort is integrated with sales, technology, implementation, and servicing. Has responsibility for full marketing cycle for specific product categories, as well as financial responsibilities which include management of the P&L for their product (s). Has extensive technical or functional knowledge of product(s) managed. Products managed are generally more complex than those managed by less senior level product managers.

The Cross Border Payments Product Development team is responsible for identifying, designing, scaling, and integrating payment solutions. The Product team defines the product strategy and product development roadmap across the target market, determines the end to end delivery strategy, manages the product launch, and works with sales to market the product.

The Cross Border Payments Product team is looking for a talented individual who can own and manage a multiyear product development roadmap. The selected candidate will be expected to work with internal support partners to complete the necessary diligence, documentation, and testing to expand our cross border payments footprint. Liaise with Bank of America's Treasury Sales Officers to provide clients with regular updates on our latest capabilities and features. Establish new FI and/or vendor relationships that will give the bank the ability to increase our functionality and remain competitive in the industry.
