At the heart of our success is our team. We are searching for an experienced and dedicated Senior Manager to drive strategic revenue initiatives. This role will play a critical role in Omio’s success, as the ultimate objective is to guide our organisation to optimize and grow revenue across the company and enable our business to scale.

The role is based in our Berlin office and will report to our Commercial Director, UK and Overseas.

Your role

  • Incubate, lead and support and suggest revenue optimization strategic projects which ensure sustainability of the mid to long term company’s objectives; this include analysis and recommendations on methods to optimize pricing, FX and fees
  • Own, design and model the impact of potential pricing and fee changes, with a view to the complexity of the business and dimensions of the user base across 120 nationalities looking for options on 800+ travel providers
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to execute optimization strategies
  • Commit to being an advocate of our company’s data-driven culture: produce reports that are actionable, dashboards that are diagnostic, and recommendations that support and create growth

What you bring to the table

  • You have minimum 7 years of experience using data to facilitate business decisions & drive projects in tech, strategy consulting, business intelligence, investment banking/private equity background
  • You have strong analytical skills, including experience in pricing strategies / analysis
  • Strong project management skills
  • You possess a strong business acumen with an excellent understanding of digital business models
  • Experience with digital marketplaces is a plus
  • Excellent English language skills
