Ubiquity6 is working on some of the most compelling challenges in computer vision and augmented reality. Our mission is to bring people together in physical spaces by building a platform to enable persistent, massively shared augmented reality experiences. Ubiquity6 was founded in 2017 and has raised $37.5M from Benchmark, Index Ventures, First Round Capital, Kleiner Perkins Caufield Byers, and Google’s Gradient Ventures.

Ubiquity6 is looking for a Community Manager to help lead all things related to our community of creators, artists, designers, gamers and AR enthuthiast. In this role, the Community Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the development and execution of Ubiquity6’s community strategy.


  • Create and execute a comprehensive community strategy as it relates to Ubiquity6 users, developers and creators
  • Create and manage community channels, content strategy, social media strategy and event strategy
  • Identify new platforms, initiatives and partnerships to engage users through new communities
  • Build and lead programs and initiatives that drive brand recognition, engagement and advocacy among the community
  • Develop scalable community strategies to execute in different markets and platforms
  • Plan and lead community events that are engaging and educational
  • Create and manage the development of content calendars for each community
  • Work cross functionally with product, design, marketing, and engineering teams to improve overall product experience
  • Develop KPIs to measure community success, and communicate key insights, trends, learnings, and recommendations to company stakeholders
  • Create and enforce community guidelines, moderation processes, best practices, and FAQs to ensure an inclusive and safe community for all users
  • Build and manage user feedback channels and actively monitor community channels to handle any trust and safety issues
  • Foster and manage a team of community advocates to amplify the Ubiquity6 brand

Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in community focused roles
  • Passion for working with creators, artists, gamers, hobbyists
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Excellent customer service, organization, and problem solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of various social media platforms and communities both online and offline
  • Experience launching community initiatives
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a 'can-do' attitude
