Program Manager, Industry Strategy

Position Overview

Autodesk’s Business Strategy and Marketing (BSM) organization is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our team. You would support a cross-functional team that drives programs for the Market Development and GTM team and supports annual Strategy Realization and Execution planning for our Core Design and Manufacturing (D&M;) business. This role requires excellent organizational skills and a strong ability to influence and collaborate effectively. You are a lifelong learner, quick to learn and adopt new tools, and thrive on getting the right things done well and completely. This role will have meaningful interactions across team and organizational boundaries and with senior leadership. Excellent meeting management and communication skills will be critical for keeping everyone informed, aligned, and delivering under tight deadlines. Responsibilities - Manage and plan strategic program meetings and workshops, including logistics, meeting facilitation, capturing outcomes and actions and following up, as needed - Develop and deliver effective communications that ensure team members and leadership have up-to-date information on progress, status, decisions, and upcoming activities - Communicate key messages to the Market Development and GTM team as well to our extended team and collaborators across the company, using multiple platforms, including but not limited to newsletters, Brainshark’s and Slack - Support effective file collaboration and sharing across the most appropriate medium e.g., SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, etc. - Help evolve our cross functional team into a well-informed, collaborative organization by creating and driving uniform stakeholder alignment - Interface with various functional groups, program teams and other stakeholders to effectively resolve issues and remove barriers to program success - Report on progress and develop dashboards - Work with finance to take analytics data and provide reports Minimum Qualifications - 8+ years relevant experience, preferably in software/high tech - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills - Proficient with MS Office tools Preferred Qualifications - Familiarity with collaboration tools e.g., SharePoint, Slack, or Microsoft Teams - Ability to adapt to changing priorities of the business
