Autodesk is currently hiring Campaign Specialists in the Americas Territory Marketing team who are responsible for leading the planning, execution, reporting and optimization of persona-based campaigns in collaboration with industry marketing teams. Responsibilities - Campaign Planning and Execution: - Drive territory marketing planning aligned to sales and industry strategies for specific campaign personas - Create annual and quarterly marketing plans for territory balance both inbound content marketing and outbound targeted marketing - Plan the tactical mix and internal operational flow that maximizes customer acquisition through marketing qualification of leads to Sales Development Representatives - Ensure continuous testing, piloting, and optimization of marketing tactics and content through data driven analysis - Focus on the buyer’s journey and deploy the right tactical mix to deliver the right content at the right time based on customer insights and behaviors - Maintain alignment of marketing programs with the corporate vision, themes, and brand guidelines - Evaluate, select and manage vendors that contribute to local demand generation programs including agencies, media partners, and social media platforms - Collaboration and Interface: - Primary liaison with Territory Sales Development Representatives and Manager for specific personas and customer profiles - Collaborate with Industry Marketing, Account Based Marketing, and Marketing Systems & Services internal stakeholders to ensure execution of persona-based inbound content marketing to all relevant audiences in territory and targeted accounts - Proactively engage with the direct and indirect sales teams and partners to communicate, coordinate, and optimize the impact of marketing activities - Reporting and Analysis: - Maintain accurate and actionable understanding of contact data quality for persona-based audiences in territory - Provide reporting of territory campaigns including performance and optimization plans for inbound content marketing campaigns and outbound targeted marketing - Ensure that each marketing activity is tracked and measured - Use data and dashboards to inform key stakeholders and justify campaign recommendations - Ensure and enable appropriate follow up actions by Sales Development Representatives with qualified leads - Budget and Revenue Accountability: - Manage budget and vendor relationships for territory inbound content marketing and outbound demand generation campaigns and tactics for specific persona and customer profiles - Coordinate with Industry Marketing and Account Based Marketing teams to deploy budget and tactics to drive baseline engagement with provided list of targeted accounts - Ensure the efficient delivery and execution of plans, and assess effectiveness, efficiency and ROI of resource allocations to inform any adjustments Minimum Qualifications - 3+ years demand generation marketing experience - Bachelor’s degree - Estimated 20% travel Preferred Qualifications - Knowledge and experience with sales and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce.com, Marketo, etc. - Software company, high tech, and B2B experience The Ideal Candidate - You are driven and motivated by a constant need for achievement and tangible contribution to pipeline and revenue goals - You’re a modern marketer who is experienced with using a mix of tactics to deliver relevant content to target audiences that drive meaningful engagements and conversions - You excel at collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to determine the best way to get things done and thoroughly enjoy being part of a team
