SAP FICO - Project Delivery Manager- MKT

Work you’ll do

  • Work with Level 1 and Level 3 Incident Management teams to resolve production incidents.

  • Debug objects in production system to help in resolution of production incidents.

  • Work on Continuous Improvement initiatives and provide solutions to problems.

  • Communicate production status and issues to management and stakeholders.

  • Engage AMS delivery teams and instill a mindset of continuous learning and process improvement.

  • Good understanding of the Business Processes.

  • Map Business Processes to SAP.

  • Configure scenarios in relevant SAP modules with focus on FICO

  • Write Functional Specification / Configuration documents.

  • Ability to peer review documentation.

 

The team

SAP

Our SAP team focuses on design, implementation, and on-going operations and maintenance of SAP applications and technology. Professionals will have hands-on access and exposure to the latest technologies and thought leaders.

 

We work with clients who want to improve their ability to react on digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Applications include SAP S/4HANA and Cloud (Hybris, Ariba, IBP, SuccessFactors, and SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud) across the following capabilities:

  • Finance

  • Supply Chain

  • Customer and Sales Operations

  • Technology (Mobility and User Experience, Cloud and Virtualization, Data Management and Analytics)

 

Qualifications

Required Skills

  • Must be willing to relocate or within a commutable distance to one of the following locations:

    • Greater Bay Area, CA (San Francisco/San Jose)

    • Chicago, IL

    • Houston, TX

  • Minimum of 10+ years professional experience including strong knowledge and experience in SAP FI and SAP CO modules with experience specifically on GL, Treasury, Accounts Receivable and Cost Accounting.

  • Experience with SAP FICO RAR and S4 HANA

  • Experience managing the following:

    • onshore and offshore teams in client facing role

    • Engagements of greater than average size and complexity

    • Multiple teams and clients with confidence

  • Aptitude for trouble-shooting and problem-solving

  • A degree in Accounting or Information Technology with knowledge on FAR, GAAS and CAS standards.

  • Should have at least 2+ years of accounting experience.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • U.S. Citizenship preferred but not required

  • Experience with Oil & Gas domain

  • Limited Sponsorship may be available
