You are:
A passionate individual for the latest technology. You are an outstanding coder who can work within a fast-paced team developing against the latest technologies. Software Engineers will have the opportunity to join a global, high-performing, cross-functional team delivering a location intelligence software and data solutions.

You will
• Write well designed, testable, scalable, reactive, high quality code and ensure designs are compliant with specifications, standards and best practices Assume responsibility for acquiring knowledge of the technologies and applications necessary to complete the assigned tasks
• Participate in the design and implementation of features
• Full stack development, including web services, data pipeline
• Identify issues and solve problems throughout the development cycle

You will be joining our Location Intelligence Geocoding team who develop several industry leading addressing and geocoding solutions. You’ll be at the forefront of where cutting-edge technology meets modern customer location intelligence based needs.

Your background:

As a Senior Software Engineer you have
• At least 4 years’ experience delivering commercial software solutions
• Experience in developing enterprise web applications.
• Advanced Java software development experience
• Experience with Python, Groovy and other scripting languages
• Strong interpersonal, analytical and troubleshooting
• Demonstrable ability to communication in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum, continuous integration, and automated testing.
• Experience of using SQL databases such as postgres or MS Sql
• Experience with Jenkins, Maven, GIT etc.

Nice to have:
• SaaS/Cloud solution development and deployment with emphasis on AWS
• Experience with deployment configuration and automation.
• Knowledge in one or more specialty areas such as data pipeline systems, GIS, applications, user-interface creation, or data science capability.
