What You’ll Do

  • Build and grow a high-performing and innovative engineering organization with over 200 developers present on three continents and 18 countries
  • Build a continuous * agile engineering practice with a mix of Open Source and proprietary development
  • Lead the development of a mix of product lines at different stages of maturity
  • Own the delivery of both SaaS and self-managed software products
  • Drive the creation of next generation product lines for Software Delivery Management
  • Closely collaborate with peers in the product organization (VP PM, VP PMM, Head of Design,Head of Documentation etc.) and other departments in the company
  • Report to the Chief Product Officer or CEO



What the Role Requires



  • 15+ years of relevant professional experience, with a minimum of 10 years in a leadership role with direct technical responsibility at either at a best-in-class enterprise or high growth startup.
  • Experience in managing teams of 200+ engineers in a globally distributed organization
  • Experience in managing distributed teams with a majority working remotely (not in an office)
  • Experience in delivering both SaaS and self-managed software products
  • Experience in collaborating with peers within the product organization (PM, PMM, etc.)
  • Experience in setting the engineering strategy and delivering the technology solutions, services, and components in alignment with enterprise technology direction and business objectives.
  • Excellent technical abilities with strong business, organizational and analytical skills
  • Experience and expertise with Agile & DevOps methodologies and tools and passion in building high-performing teams
  • Passionate about building, growing, and retaining top talent and continually finding ways to inspire and challenge the engineering organization.
